Social media: Lenny’s
Lenny’s Sub Shop, a nearly 200-unit sub sandwich franchise, had less than 2,000 Facebook fans when No Limit took over their Social Media presence in April 2010. Today, the chain has over 56,000 fans and monthly post views exceeding 2 million. Their growth was helped by a nation-wide contest that not only generated in-store traffic but also resulted in press in USA Today and other national publications.
